# Why Ratings & Reviews are Not Showing in Play Store?

If you have run a CPE campaign but ratings, reviews are not reflecting in Google Play Store or Apple App Store, their might be one or more of the following reasons possible:-
* It can take up to 48 hours for the ratings, Reviews to go live and appear in Google Play Store or Apple App Store?

__Not showing even after 48 hours?__

* If your reviews and ratings campaigns are complete but the reviews aren’t live after 48 hours, they may have been flagged by the Google or iOS algorithm. This usually happens because your app’s daily install rate is too low. When there are significantly more reviews than installs, the algorithm may perceive this as manipulation and flag or remove the ratings and reviews.
* To avoid this, it’s recommended to maintain a ratio of 250 installs per day for every 1 review. This keeps the activity within natural limits and reduces the risk of being flagged.
* Maintaining the right balance ensures a successful and sustainable review campaign for your app!
