# Why I can't Add my Application?

Unfortunately, we may NOT support some application due to one or more of the following reasons:-

<span class="wysiwyg-underline">**1. It is Incompatible with our Platform:**</span>Required min. Android version should be lower than 5.0, most of our users have devices with 4.2 - 5.0 android, so they can't install this application.
