- If your campaign was "**Canceled**" or "**Stopped**" or "**Paused**" by backend, please double check [restricted and disallowed content](https://smartxaas.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360041916871-Restricted-and-disallowed-content) policy and avoid violation of the policy.
- To refund a campaign if canceled by backend, kindly hit the red terminate button at [https://app.seoeshop.com/campaign/manage](https://app.seoeshop.com/campaign/manage%20) (Check under "Actions" column)
