Troubleshooting Campaign Issues

If your campaign was "Canceled" or "Stopped" or "Paused" by backend, please double check restricted and disallowed content policy and avoid violation of the policy. 

To refund a campaign if canceled by backend, kindly hit the red terminate button at https://app.seoeshop.com/campaign/manage (Check under "Actions" column)


Kindly create a ticket for support team and our team will be able to check and fix if anything else.
