* Once the campaign is created, you have very short time to cancel the campaign while it's status is "**Pending**", you may reach out to support for cancellation but the same is not guaranteed because your campaign may progression in-between.
* Once your campaign is stopped, you may terminate your incomplete campaign at [https://app.seoeshop.com/campaign/manage](https://app.seoeshop.com/campaign/manage) (login required) by hitting red "**Terminate**" button given under "Actions" column.  
_Note: Remaining unused budget will automatically be refunded back to your USD Balance_
