For Poll / Votes kind of Services, you can specify the option for which you need votes in this format => https://example.com/abc/status/123456789?vote={ButtonNumber}

Here {ButtonNumber} is equal to the Option number:-

For 1st Option, {ButtonNumber} = 1
For 2nd Option, {ButtonNumber} = 2
For 3rd Option, {ButtonNumber} = 3
... and so on
