# How to Reset or Disabled 2FA TOTP?

**If you have access to your TOTP:-**

* You can reset or disable 2FA TOTP on your account at:

[https://app.seoeshop.com/account/security](https://app.seoeshop.com/account/security)

.... and so on.

**If you do NOT have access to your TOTP:-**

* In case you have lost access to your TOTP, please send a mail to support requesting to disable 2FA on your account from your registered account email.
* Send mail to any of our support email with subject "Disable 2FA TOTP":
